Land Bank Authority
The Land Bank Authority, hereinafter referred to as the Land Bank, is a special authority (sui generis) formed by the central government and given the authority to manage land.
Supporting Economic Equity
In accordance with the mandate in PP Number 64 of 2021, the Land Bank Agency is given special authority to guarantee the availability of land for social and public purposes, development purposes, land consolidation, economic equality, and also Agrarian Reform
Providing Legal Certainty
The Land Bank Authority provides legal certainty to residents regarding equal distribution of land ownership by granting land rights through the Agrarian Reform program. Apart from that, for domestic and foreign investors, land needs to support investment can be provided by the Land Bank Authority with a guaranteed legality of the land that can be accounted for.

The Land Bank Authority is transparent, accountable and non-profit. The non-profit referred to is the income obtained from running the Land Bank which is used for organizational development and does not distribute profits to Land Bank organs.

Utilization Cooperation
The Land Bank Agency utilizes land for inventory assets through utilization cooperation with other parties. Utilization cooperation with other parties can take the form of:
- Buy and sell;
- Rent;
- Business Cooperation;
- Grant;
- Exchange; And
Other forms agreed with other parties in carrying out land use.
To date, the Land Bank Authority has land inventory assets covering an area of 18.758 hectares spread across 28 districts/cities throughout Indonesia. Land inventory assets managed by the Land Bank Authority are obtained through government-designated land and/or land from other parties.
